The Rapid Refill Ink concept was established in 2002 in Eugene, Oregon. This college-town in the Pacific Northwest provided the perfect backdrop to launch this new business venture. With a focus on customer service and product quality, one store quickly grew to several and began drawing attention from beyond the city limits. What once served a local community has rapidly grown into a franchise company serving locations coast-to-coast.

Our growth attracted experienced franchise talent, large-scale investment and ultimately the sale of the company to Rapid Refill Corp. After significant developments to the company’s infrastructure, notable additions to the executive team and a thriving retail brand, the Rapid Refill Ink concept is primed for a period of high growth. The objective – to dominate the retail ink and toner marketplace.
