3rd Annual Rapid Refill National Franchise Conference Recognizes Outstanding Performances

Biggest Event Yet Delivers Profit Message

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--- The 3rd Annual Rapid Refill National Franchise Conference held at Bally's in Las Vegas July 21-24 brought together franchisees from across the country to celebrate successes and plan for future growth. Over 70 franchisees attended this year’s event as well as suppliers and support staff to deliver the key message: Cha-Ching! Building Growth and Profit. Rapid Refill expects to quadruple its units in operation through new franchisee and internal expansion by 2015. “Our mission is to provide print products and services to our customers when and where they need them, with outstanding, personal customer service and deep product expertise in order to operate profitable businesses and act as an environmentally responsible community partner. That really resonates with our franchisees and the communities they serve. It puts us in both technology and environmental stewardship – which is a perfect juncture for growth,” said COO Jason Block.

Successes celebrated at the annual event included business partners Craig Gray and John Flynn who operate stores in Kalamazoo and Portage, Michigan being recognized as Franchisees of the Year.  Keith Baskett with 5 stores in Oregon was the Top Sales Franchisee and Chuck Lohse of Chico, CA was recognized with the Top New Store.  Also, Randy Saisslin from Eugene, OR was elected to the Franchisee Advisory Board.

For attendees, the conference offered new ideas and a once-a-year opportunity to share in challenges and solutions.  Darren Patera of Oregon said, “The conference just gets better and better every year. I get more and more good ideas and came home immediately and started to put good ones to use. I realized in this conference that my partner and I need to focus on planning and setting goals.
